There have been many programs like this, if I get a bit personal, have you earned anything from it yet? It looks like a system where you earn per referral and yes there are many ones out there who've scammed people into it...I personally know a couple of programs like that and which are being investigated now by the concerned authorities to find more about their schemes..
But if it's a real program since I just checked the domain age of this site, it's dating back to 2008. So it's around for 2 years now..and the softwares they're offering if they're for real and any worth of the price they're claiming then it's a really good deal.
